Venue Hire
At ESP UK we have a number of tried and tested venues, we are also happy to use recommended new venues once we have reviewed them. We will source a suitable venue for your event, liasing fully on your behalf. We also offer marquee hire, with and without bar hire included.
Audio Visual Hire
Our packages contain sound including PA Systems, lighting, projection, video and LED screens together with our technicians to ensure your the success of your event. If a larger or bespoke “set” is required we are happy to work with you to design and manufacture your exact requirements
Set Staging
ESP UK will provide you with specific set staging advice, depending on your needs. We will establish the technology required, venue and room size, number of attendees and type of event and make our recommendations. Your set staging will be designed, delivered and installed by our staff.
Entertainment
ESP UK have long established relationships with bands and entertainers of many genres throughout the UK. Depending on the type of entertainment you require we will have the right act that we can recommend and organise for you.
Rig/De-Rig
From start to finish we have it all covered. ESP UK will organise full delivery, construction and installation before your event and then a full removal service afterwards. We want you to enjoy your event as much as your attendees without worrying about the detail.

Marquee Hire
At ESP UK we provide fantastic party tents and marquees for events including weddings, parties, corporate events and all types of outdoor occasions. We will provide crew to install and deinstall once your event is over, taking the stress out of your day.
Depending on your requirements we can assist you with a complete bespoke marquee package, we can organise catering, bar, lighting, entertainment and also help with a venue. Weatherproof your event at anytime of the year - all you will need to do is add guests.
